You will need to include the following: email me 3 pictures of your choice to be put on the bulb, your full mailing address (for shipping charges quote) and any color request. (please note, the pictures need to be good, clear pics) We will do our best to use them.
There is a download for a free patch. This is so you/I don’t have to pay taxes on shipped items, I am not running shipping through my website. There are no refunds. If you’re not happy with your purchase, I will give you website credit.
